The Queen Mother Library, established at the Sleuk Rith Institute by the Documentation Center of Cambodia, was inaugurated by Her Majesty the Queen Mother Norodom Monineath in Phnom Penh on Monday 21st September 2020.

The library comprises archival collections of books, documents, photographs, and films gathered by Ambassador Julio A. Jeldres during his many years documenting the Royal Family and the history of Cambodia, as well as the DC-Cam's archives, which include over 1.7 million pages of documents on the Khmer Rouge, collected over past two decades,  and audio-visual media of over a hundred thousand hours of interview recordings of Khmer Rouge victims.
